Our A/C Chiller installation contractor has alerted us that another hot water shutdown is needed to adjust the hot water flow for the building. 
NO HOT WATER------The low zone (7th flr-24th flr)
MINIMAL HOT WATER-------The high zone (25th flr-41st flr) 

•    The shut down is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24 
•    8am-8pm

Our A/C Chiller installation contractor has alerted us that Phase#2 “Heat pump installation” will start 2/8/21. 


The phase#2 installation will affect the following:
•    2/8 (ALL FLOORS) NO air conditioning 7am-5pm 
•    2/8 (floors 7-24) NO Hot water STARTS 7am
•    2/8 (floors 25-41) NO Hot water 7am-10am
•    2/8 thru 2/10 (Floors 25-41) have limited hot/warm water  
•    2/9 (floors 7-24) No Hot water
•    2/10 (floors 7-24) Hot water RETURNS 7pm

This is just a friendly reminder.

We will have water shutdown the entire building from 9:30 am to 1 pm on Feb.3, 2021.

 

THE BI-MONTHLY HOT & COLD WATER SHUTDOWN IS  SCHEDULED FOR  APARTMENT  MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS.  DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION  OF  THE SHUT-OFF  VALVES,  THIS  MAY OR  MAY NOT  AFFECT  THE  ENTIRE  BUILDING.
配水管メンテナンスや修理を御希望されるアパートのために給水・給湯の断水を予定しています。 修理等が必要なアパートの止水バルブの位置によっては建物全体、もしくは一部の棟だけの断水で済むかも知れません。

10 PM night – 4 AM next morning

PROJECT - Air conditioning & Hot water Equipment

January & February 2021

ATTENTION CANTERBURY PLACE RESIDENTS


We will soon be replacing our air conditioning and hot water equipment.  All the work will take place on floors 2, 3 and 6.  This project will require the following shutdowns and service interruptions:


•    Jan. 21st thru 29th, 2021.  The air conditioning system will be shutdown.  The entire building will be without air conditioning during this phase of construction.


•    Jan. 23rd, 2021.  A crane on Ena Road will be blocking access to the parking garage ramps.  No cars will be able to enter or leave the garage.  Tentative time: 8am-5pm


•    Feb. 8th thru 10th, 2021.  No hot water floors 7-24, limited hot water floors 25-41.


•    Feb. 22nd, 2021.  Project Completed.

Back-Flow Prevention Test

Approx. at 7:30 am, January 13, 2021

ATTENTION: CANTERBURY PLACE RESIDENTS


On Wednesday, January 13, 2021 @ approx.7:30am


The building will undergo a Back-Flow prevention test that is annually required by the State of Hawaii.
The scheduled test will require the entire building’s water supply to be shut down for approx. 15mins.
Please make the necessary adjustment in your schedule if you plan to use water during this time.

PEST CONTROL

DECEMBER 17, 2020

PEST CONTROL SERVICE WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR ALL INDIVIDUAL UNITS. 
下記の日時に全ユニットの害虫駆除薬の散布サービスを行います。

 

DATE:  THURSDAY, DEC. 17th 
TIME:  9:00 AM   TO   1:00 PM

日時 :12月17日木曜日 午前9時から 午後1時迄

RESIDENT PREPARATION:  Please empty out all items from under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Also cover any open food items or medications. Pets shouldn’t be allowed to enter the unit at least 4 hours after the service. Unit entry will be made by using the Manager’s Emergency Key. Please call the General Manager at 808-947-7221 in advance if you wish to cancel the service.

 
住人が準備しておくべき事:キッチンとバスルームのシンクの下に置いてある物を全部取り出して空にして置く。むき出しの食べ物や薬などはカバーして置く。害虫駆除剤の散布直後4時間以内はペットの入室を控えて下さい。ユニットへの立ち入りにはマネージャーの鍵が使用されます。訪問作業のキャンセルをご希望の方はマネジャー室 (947-7221) まで御連絡下さい。
